What happens after I submit a referral?
After you press submit, we will contact your referral. If they subscribe to YCharts, we will email you to confirm.  Anyone you refer may need weeks to months to start their subscription.

Do I have to use this form to submit a referral?
Absolutely not.  If it's easier, please email your YCharts Account Manager and cc: commonwealth@ycharts.com to contact us.  One of our team members will take it from there.

When do I earn my one free month?
After your referral subscribes, your free one (1) month will be applied upon your next renewal at the individual subscriber level, not the account level.  For multi-seat subscribers, they will be credited the value equivalent to one month for the first license of their contract at the account level at renewal, i.e., Professional Tier = $4,500/12 = $375 will be added as a credit to next year's renewal.

Are there restrictions on who earns benefits?
Any existing YCharts subscriber can benefit from our referral program. Restrictions on eligible referrals are listed below.

Referrals must: 

• Be a new or first-time YCharts user.

• Purchase YCharts Professional or YCharts Presenter.

• Be referred via the form above or by email as stated above.

• Not be added to an existing contract. The referred client must start a new contract.

Is there a limit on how many successful referral rewards I can earn?
There are no limits!  Multiple successful referrals = multiple free months!  Free months for successful referrals will be applied upon your next renewal.
