Comparing the state of advisor-client relationships pre and post-pandemic
In December of 2019, YCharts surveyed clients of financial advisors about their advisors’ communication styles and related preferences. In our latest survey, we polled 670+ individuals to learn about what they want from their advisors and what has changed about those relationships since Covid-19.
Our findings include how often clients are contacted by advisors, their most preferred methods of communication, and the top factors when choosing or recommending an advisor today vs. in 2019. We also outline four actionable steps for advisors who seek better communication with clients.
