How to Create a Desktop App for YCharts?

Create a shortcut quickly access YCharts directly from your desktop, taskbar, Dock, or applications folder. Below includes the instructions to create a shortcut/desktop app for each browser:

Chrome

Safari

Firefox

Chrome

1. Open Chrome and navigate to YCharts.com
2. In the top-right corner, click the three-dot menu
3. Select Cast, save, and share
4. Install Page as App or Create Shortcut to your Desktop

1. Open Edge and navigate to YCharts.com
2. Click the three dots in the top-right corner
3. Hover over Apps
4. Click Install this site as an app
5. Choose where you want the shortcut (desktop, taskbar, or Start)
6. Click Install

Safari

1. Open Safari and navigate to YCharts.com
2. At the top of your screen, click File
3. Select Add to Dock
4. Name and Add your shortcut

You can now open YCharts from your Dock, Applications folder, or Spotlight.

Firefox

1. Open Firefox and navigate to YCharts.com

2. Resize the Firefox window so you can see the desktop

3. Click and hold the lock icon or site icon in the address bar
