Dynamic Disclosures are automated compliance disclosures within YCharts that update based on the content of each report, requiring no manual work from your team. Some disclosures always appear, while others surface only when triggered by specific conditions, such as the presence of a benchmark or performance data. Many disclosures can also be customized or turned off entirely, giving your firm full control over creating compliance-approved materials in YCharts. This guide breaks down each disclosure type below in detail.

Standardized returns content
Automatically included after "Important information about this report" when a report contains performance data. Content adjusts dynamically based on the investments in the report — for example, load-adjusted returns are excluded for ETF-only portfolios, and NAV tables are excluded for mutual-fund-only portfolios. Potential content includes load-adjusted annualized returns, annualized returns (market price and NAV), expense ratios, sales charges, standardized yields, and waivers.
