The easiest way to bulk share saved assets like portfolios, reports, charts, etc. is by creating a folder within My YCharts and adding and then sharing with your preferred share group. To do this, follow these steps:
- Head to My YCharts from the Tools dropdown menu.
- Create you folder by selecting the folder icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Check the box next to all the assets you want added to the folder, then click on the folder icon at the top banner and choose the folder.
- After adding assets to the folder, click the three dots on the right side of the folder and select "Share." You will then be prompted to select the client group for sharing and designate their access level.
