How to Create a Section in Report Builder

Sections are groupings of modules within a report that help you organize content more effectively. Instead of having every module sit on its own, you can now bundle related modules together under a section header like Performance, Risk, or Disclosures. To create a section, follow the steps below. 

 

  1. Select the checkboxes for all modules you wish to include in your section
  2. A dialog box labeled "Create Section" will appear; select this option.
  3. Assign a name to the section and determine whether to designate it as Mandatory. If selected, all modules within the section will be required in the report.
  4. Click Apply
