Report Builder: Overview
Report Builder is an intuitive, drag-and-drop tool that lets you create fully customized investment reports and PDF presentations. With five different report types that can feature your firm’s logo and branding along with 30+ modules covering returns, risk, allocations, exposures, holdings breakdowns and more, anyone can build their ideal report in no time.
How to Create a Report:
Access Report Builder:
1. Go to the Tools dropdown at the top of the YCharts page and select Report Builder.

Start a New Report or Use a Template:
1. Go to the Tools dropdown at the top of the YCharts page and select Report Builder.

3. Click "Create" in the upper right corner.

4. Select your report orientation and number of securities to act as the default security setting for the report.
Customize Your Report:
1. Add modules by clicking on the module groups to the left of the page. You can select multiple modules at once to be added and even auto-create a section.

2. To remove, add, edit, or rearrange pages, use "Organize Pages." To delete a page, click "Organize Pages," hover over the page you want to remove, and select the trash can icon.

3. Add in your report branding here.
Add Securities or Portfolios:
1. Use the “View Securities” option at the top right to enter the ticker symbols or portfolios you want included. For comparison reports, input both portfolio symbols when prompted

Generate and Export:
1. Click the “Generate” button in the upper right corner to produce your report.

2. Click the "Save" or "Save as" button to save this template to your account
