Talking Points in YCharts' Report Builder empower financial professionals to create personalized, client-ready proposals efficiently. By integrating customizable text, visuals, and key financial metrics, Talking Points streamline meeting preparation and enhance client engagement. This feature allows for clear communication of investment strategies and value propositions, tailored to each client's specific needs.
How to Add Talking Points to a Report
- Navigate to the Report Builder tool under the Tools tab.
- Choose an existing report template or select Create New to create one that suits your client's needs.
- Within the Report Builder, insert the Proposal module into your report layout.
- In the Edit tab, edit the Talking Points module by adding selecting relevant financial metrics, and incorporating visuals such as charts or tables to support your narrative.
- Before generating your report, preview the actual data for the selected securities to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Review the customized report for accuracy, then generate a PDF version by selecting ‘Generate’ to share with your client.
