When Building a Scenario, What Happens if a Security Is Not Active Prior to the Start Date?

If the security is not active at the beginning of the contribution or withdrawal, it will not be included in the scenario calculation until the inception date of the security. Once the security inception date has been reached it will be factored into the scenario.
