You will want to ensure you are downloading the correct bit version of our Excel Add-In. To confirm which version you're running, follow the steps below.
Open an Excel spreadsheet and select File.
Scroll to the bottom left and select Account, then select About Excel.
In the pop up box, you will see either 32 bit or 64 bit in bold. Once identified, return to the Excel Add-In download page and select the version that corresponds to your system.
