Questionnaire Builder is where you create and customize the Risk Tolerance Questionnaires used throughout RPM, defining the questions, answer choices, and scoring logic that determine which risk profile a client is matched to.

How to Build a Questionnaire

1. Click Questionnaire Builder from the Tools dropdown menu. 

 

2. Click Start New in the upper right corner. 

 

3. Name the questionnaire, then select Submit

 

4. Select the risk profiles you want mapped to this questionnaire. Then select Next.

 

5. Start adding in your question and responses. 

 

6. Add a score for each response, this will help determine which risk profile is assigned to a client. Then select Save.

 

7. Click Add Another Question and repeat this process. You are required to have at least seven questions in the questionnaire. 

 

8. Once all your questions have been added, select Map to Risk Profiles. 

9. Provide a range for each risk profile, based on the score minimum and maximums that have been calculated. 

 

10. When finished, click Next and your ready to start using your questionnaire. 

 


 

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I have more than one questionnaire and choose which one to send to a client?

  • Yes, you can create multiple questionnaires and customize which clients receive which questionnaire. 

How many questions are required in the questionnaire?

  • This can be customized, the default requirement is 7 questions but you can reach out to your account manager to get this adjusted to require more or less. 

Can I share questionnaire's with colleagues?

  • Yes, on the Questionnaire Builder list page, select the three dots all the way to the right of the questionnaire name and choose Share from the dropdown menu.
